Week One

So, my first week was great! I kept to my goal and only ate one dessert this week, however like life will do sometimes, she threw me a curve ball and this week has been a struggle.  In order to stick to what I need too, I opted for a different approach.

I LOOOVE these things they are so delicious, they are low in calories, free of lactose, and full of protein! What more could a girl ask for??  Cookie Dough Chip is my fav but I am looking forward to trying cookie shake and cake batter. Yum!! Add them to your protein shake for an even more smooth and delicious taste.
